Due to the intimate nature of our business and for hygiene reasons, we unfortunately do not provide any item exchanges, returns or refunds. When purchasing our underwear, please pay very close attention to our size chart and guide to avoid purchasing the wrong size. If you are unsure about a particular size or fit, please feel free to contact us for guidance and advise.
Our underwear sizes are uniquely tailored South African sizes, so PLEASE do consult with us if you are not sure of the size options available and looking to find the perfect fit.
Exchanges Exceptions - Damaged Items
Items may only be returned for exchange if damaged from our side and the damages are evident before the customer has used the item. If the item is damaged, this needs to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, and the item must be returned within a period of 7 days after delivery. Any item being returned, must be returned in it’s original packaging, in the condition that it was received. No return items will be accepted with any odour, stains, etc. these will deem the return void.
Cancellations
Any orders cancelled by the client will incur a 30% cancellation and administration fee. If the funds have already been processed by the client, all/any bank charges for the application of the refund will be incurred by the client. Refunds will be made to the credit card, bank account or PayPal account used in the original transaction.
